Ristorante Accademia in Florence is a true gem. The owners, Gianni and Inka, have created a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy delicious Italian cuisine. The menu features traditional dishes such as bruschetta, mushroom strudel with Parmesan sauce, Michelangelo salad, bistecca fiorentina, ravioli, gnocchi, and tiramisu. The wine selection is extensive and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their choices. The service is excellent, with Kush the waiter being particularly friendly and attentive. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Accademia Museum and Piazza San Marco. Ristorante Accademia is an excellent choice for a special occasion or a casual dinner. The food is fresh, authentic, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We are following so many people on Instagram, but have you ever tried to make a real live connection? When we planned our trip to Italy, we decided to visit @ ristaurante academia Firenze. We discovered this gem in 2012 on a trip with some friends. I booked a table with Gianni, the owner for 27 years. He came to meet us and him and his staff treated us like royalty. We tasted a lovely portion of a 30 month old ham he opened on Christmas day. Our meals were as good as we remembered. I can recommend Ristorante Accademia to anyone who visit Firenze (Florence) Italy. 5 stars!! Gianni. Thank you for going the extra mile.
