Penso che questo ristorante faccia parte della mia vita da ... sempre! e da sempre si mangia (e si beve) benissimo. Cibo molto curato dall'antipasto al dolce, anche se, se fosse per me, mangerei sempre e solo i loro antipasti. Buonissimi, particolari, tanti e diversi ... dalle uova di quaglia fritte con tartufo, ai frutti di mare crudi, al crudo tagliato al coltello, e così via. Anche il carrello dei dolci è notevole. Personale gentile, cortese, solerte e sorridente Se siete in giro in Puglia, Il Fagiano merita decisamente una visita.
