The "La Spianatoia" restaurant is undoubtedly a characteristic and typical restaurant of our land, founded on the strong Maremma culture. The dishes served amazed me from start to finish: the pasta, as the name suggests, is handmade, but by golden hands! The meat is cooked perfectly and in all the dishes the flavors are well balanced and each ingredient (and this is another testimony to the greatness of the restaurant) manages to gain relevance in the dish. The owner has the right irony, always a Maremma custom, to warmly welcome people and immediately put them at ease. The prices are fair, even if an admirable dish, at least I think so, is never priceless, since it's those emotions that it gives you that you don't have.
