I brought my family and my partner's family here for Easter Monday, thinking I would make a good impression, but no. The weather wasn't on our side either, as it rained and was cold all the time; so we hoped at least to eat well and in peace next to the lake. Mediocre location. The waiting times were biblical, and one of the waitresses was really rude and annoyed. The food wasn't too bad either, but was served lukewarm/cold more often than not; for these holidays perhaps a fixed menu is better, if you can't manage everything à la carte. The icing on the cake: unfortunately there was a table of kids in the room who took out their Bluetooth speakers and started playing loud, unsolicited music, also improvising choirs and ballets, as if we were in a Viking tavern. We couldn't wait to leave, it was agony. So much so that I had to get up to ask one of the waitresses if we could remedy that mess (one would like to eat in peace, seeing as we're talking about a restaurant and not a tavern) and the only answer was “Eh but we have already told him, what can we do?". Wow, great help. As we were leaving, I heard someone say (I sincerely hope I heard wrong and that it wasn't the case) that those kids were someone's children (I won't expose myself more than necessary): it seems logical to me that in these cases one is authorized to make a racket, not caring about the rest of the room. I repeat, I hope this is not the case, otherwise it would be yet another demonstration of how Italy works in general. Not recommended place, I wouldn't even have paid, and I'm sorry, because it would be a really nice place, even pleasantly reachable by boat. As for the boys, at the beginning they sang a few songs, then on his sole indication of disturbance to the whole room, given that it was Easter Monday, we asked the boys to turn it down and adjust, when there is she asked, we told her that we had mentioned it and to wait a moment, that we had just asked and therefore we couldn't do anything right away by waiting a moment for them to conform. As for the location, we try to integrate with the environment that surrounds us, not to modify and standardize it, you may like this or not, but evidently she knew where she was coming from, having come previously.More
