Exceptional food and outstanding service from Khairi We came here for our first proper evening meal in Rome and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We shared the beef tartare with fresh truffle, which was absolutely delicious. I then had the ricotta and spinach ravioli followed by the grilled beef fillet with fresh truffle, which was incredibly tender and beautifully cooked. My partner had the risotto followed by the lamb, and everything we tried was excellent. We chose a bottle of Castello di Ama Chianti Classico, which went perfectly with the meal, and finished with the tiramisu, which was genuinely next level and one of the highlights of the evening. A huge special mention to Khairi, who looked after us brilliantly all night. Friendly, professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. At one point a street seller approached our table trying to sell us roses and, after we’d politely declined, left one on the table and continued trying to engage with us. Khairi immediately noticed, stepped in and dealt with it without us even having to ask. It’s a small thing, but it perfectly summed up how attentive he was throughout the evening and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Fantastic food, great wine, lovely atmosphere and exceptional service from Khairi. He really helped make our first evening in Rome memorable.
