Absolutely worth seeing!!! I recommend going early... as it's difficult to find a parking spot... it really deserves it

Eat pizza as if you were in Naples. Thanks to the experience of Francesco, a proud Neapolitan pizza chef transplanted to Pienza after various experiences abroad, always looking for the right formula for a good and digestible pizza. And he seems to have found it, according to him, thanks to the use of Petra flour and 36 hours of leavening. But the stop at "pienza a pizza" wouldn't be perfect if the quick Alessia wasn't there to serve pizzas and beers with efficiency and professionalism. Excellent value for money
