In an already very high level of restaurant context, I can say that the Quattro Mani restaurant deserves to be considered the best restaurant in Palermo. Superb dishes, generous quantities, very high quality for a celebration of flavors and taste, excellent service, wonderful location and very honest prices! Compliments! We arrived at this restaurant as a group of 18 people and were very well received. As it is often done the owner proposed to serve us the usual starters by preparing a bit of everything for everyone. This is when you start to lose sight of the costs. Or should I say, this is where the restaurant can hit you with a bill that you did not expect. So here is what happened to us: we were brought far more food than anyone could possibly eat and when we each got a plate with a fresh fish steak they still brought more plates with more steaks and left them on the table. No one had ordered them. For the restaurant it was a convenient way to get rid of all their fish. At the end we were presented a bill of 1950€!!! Absolutely not worth it. They really managed to overshadow our evening by being greedy and unfair.
