We visited Namaste, a new Indian restaurant (since April 2023) in Bari and it was a very nice experience. The restaurant is very stylish and the menu has a very good selection of Indian dishes. We had two chef’s specials (set menus), one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian, where you get to try several dishes. They were excellent and very reasonably priced. We could choose between 3 levels of spicy: normal, spicy and very spicy. Very spicy is nearly Madras in other countries, and spicy more like medium. Other items can be expensive, a large Kingfisher for 9€ is not worth it as we can get similar for around 4,50€ other places. All in all a very nice experience. It's pathetic and almost a disgrace to the famous Indian hospitality and cuisine. We visited there with my party and there was only one person managing the entire show which led to extremely slow service and took a lot much time than any decent Indian place we go for dinner . Coming to food , they just have put fancy names to popular and standard Indian dishes to make it sound exquisite but most of the items were sub par quality and many of them appeared bit old also. Even the simple garlic Naan was extremely hard and plain and so were chicken items. Vegetarian items we tried were even more sucky because maybe not many Vegetarian food fans would be ordering from here. I will never visit this place again and won't take my friends there too. Prices are also much higher than the service and taste one expects. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Not worth

**Main Courses**: The main courses are generally satisfying, but there were a few issues that need addressing: **Vegetable Noodles**: This dish was disappointing. It consisted mainly of onions and lacked a variety of vegetables. The North Indian masala used in the noodles did not complement the dish well. **Jeera Rice**: We ordered two portions of basmati jeera rice. One portion was well-cooked and aromatic, while the other was spoiled, likely due to improper temperature control. Despite informing the staff, the response was inadequate. Unfortunately I have to pay for that as well. Very nice Service The service at Ristorante Indiano Namaste was generally attentive, but there were notable lapses. When we reported the spoiled rice, the staff's response was lackluster and did not resolve the issue satisfactorily. Effective customer service is crucial, especially when there are issues with food quality. Value for Money The value for money at Ristorante Indiano Namaste is mixed. While many dishes were of good quality, the inconsistency in food preparation and the inadequate handling of customer feedback detracted from the overall value. Despite these issues, the majority of the dishes were enjoyable and well-prepared. Conclusion Ristorante Indiano Namaste has the potential to provide an exceptional dining experience with its diverse and traditional Indian menu. However, improvements in consistency of food quality and better handling of customer feedback are necessary. The ambiance and most of the dishes were commendable, but our experience was impacted by the poor handling of the spoiled rice and the subpar vegetable noodles. Attention to these details will significantly enhance the dining experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
