Today we celebrated my birthday at the Trattoria Ristoro di Eva along the lakeside of Anguillara Sabazia, we were captivated by the family atmosphere of the place managed and run by women, friendliness and conviviality are intrinsic prerogatives of the environment, we enjoyed their delicious cuisine with the window overlooking the lake... a picture of true poetry.
