This was my first visit, Quality of my order was amazing, friendly staff absolutely. My only concern was the complete absence of “table touches”. What I mean by that is when you see customers waiting at your window and 7-10 minutes go by, Not one employee acknowledges your presence it feels a little undervalued as a consumer. Once you are acknowledged it’s spot on for customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: 1 Pretzel, Brownie, Gallon of Ice Cream, Custard

I can't say much about this place other than they were out of custard. Strange for a custard shop to be totally out of custard.

Darlene, we had a problem with our custard machine earlier today, but it was fixed rather quickly. We pride ourselves on working hard to resolve situations, but there are times when machines act up. I’m glad you were able to come in later today and get your Gelati. Hope to see you again soon
