We went to Rita's after dinner and wanted a special treat. Well we found out how good the custard cream is. We have not tried the ice yet so we will have to go back, but we had the chocolate, vanilla and Oreo. First even the small cone is big so come hungry. Also the custard is soft serve and about as creamy as you can get. So stop by and give yourself a treat. There are picnic tables so you don't drip melting custard in your car. Enjoy.

We pulled in wanting Starbucks and ending up with something amazing instead. Dark cherry (with bits of fruit in it) Italian ice with vanilla custard (I think it's called gelati). Absolutely delicious. And the owner/manager couldn't have been sweeter (pun intended). Looked up a franchise closer to home for me when I told her how much I liked her product. Overall, probably a good idea I do not live closer. I would be here far too often.

We absolutely love Rita's Italian Ice.And I happen to think it's a great value for your money.I also think it is so cute and adorable that they also offer a doggie cup/bowl.My personal favorite for people is Sour Patch though.Everyone that works there is always extremely helpful and cheerful.And more than willing to offer you samples.I wish this place was somehow open all year around.I would definitely visit them if it were...With all that being said,I am giving this highly recommended place five stars.
