I really wished this would have been a good experience. We love supporting local businesses. I ordered the Tampa cracker steak, worse steak I have ever had. Ordered it medium rare and it arrived rare bordering on raw. I sent it back and the same piece of meat was returned still raw and very tough with the outer layer very over done. Needless to say not edible. The waitress took it away and agreed it was not good. The manager came and apologized. The rest of the dinner party was finished. Thus I did not re order anything. They did remove the steak from my bill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We love River City for the Tampa Cracker. We came tonight and the food was delicious as always however we were not offered bread or brought bread as usual. When I asked the waitress she said you have to request them? Never had to do that before and if it was our first time we would not know there were rolls. Anyway the waitress Savannah was awful. She didn’t refill our drinks or check on us. When we finally took our check to the front she was standing at the hostess counter with the owner starring at her phone. When we expressed our disappointment the owner offered no apologies just stood there. We have been there many times but won’t be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
