The waitresses were not paying attention to the customers. They were on their cellphones, and were otherwise just talking to each other. There were no napkins at my table, and I had to look for them myself at other tables. I saw people walk up to the waitresses and ask if they’d please bring them a beverage, or their bills. When I paid, I waited for my change. The young waitress came pack, pointed to the money inside, and gesturally asked if she could keep the rest of my money. I took the check folder from her, and gave a smaller tip from my change than what I initially intended to give. The manager of this place sets no limits on these immature and discourteous waitresses, which is why the ratings of this restaurant are so low. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Took ages to get a waiter to notice us and even longer to get one to take our 2nd drinks order. We gave up and left. Really not interested. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 1
