Unusual Outing: Ordered and placed $ on bar at 5:45, served and forgotten till 6:15. Bartender returns and asks for more cash. I remind him him of the conversation we had just a bit back. Eyes roll..He finally caved to reason? Atypical River Outing; Staff usually stellar! Great food! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The food is great! But they don’t take $50s or $100s. Kinda shocking for a packed downtown bar. The night bartender is usually not at the bar. The bar back is awesome and understanding of the wait. Great place for lunch, but not so much at night! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We found sanctuary in this bar, after we got stranded in Portland with no phone service one evening. The place was very nice, clean and friendly - with well tapped beer - and the barman, Peter, was an absolute angel. He helped us find an affordable hotel nearby. The best place to run into, when you get lost! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
