Stopped in for lunch. Food was good and ready quickly. Service was prompt and attentive. They didn't have the $10 lunch specials which would have made this an unbeatable deal for lunch! It ended up being closer to $20 for a sandwich and drink. Still, good enough to add to my rotation of go to lunch places.

Food was not good. Asked for mayonnaise on the club- brought in a cup. Had to take sandwich apart. Asked to replace provolone cheese. They did- leaving the provolone on. Pub chips undercooked. Sent fish and chips back. Only good thing was the server and potato skins. Disappointed Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I am so sorry that you didn’t like the fish and the chips were a little bit undercooked some people love it softly cooked so we usually don’t make them really crispy until people ask for extra crispy. Unfortunately I talked to the staff and they told me they replaced it with the chicken, which was great on their behalf of doing that for me, but why didn’t you acknowledge how good the chicken was? That’s why you loved the chicken you told the server the chicken was amazing.

I recommend the River Pub because the level of customer service is excellent., the food tastes great, and there is a wide variety of meals. When I did not like the seasoning on my hamburger, Lisa immediately had one cooked without seasoning for me. We were not charged for the additional burger. Customer service like that is rare. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
