They gave me the wrong bag for my too good to go bag, gave me sweet treats when I ordered a surprise bag. When I told them the old man was very rude and said there was nothing they could do but I could see the food fridge had plenty of food. Said he’d have to get a manager but it’s not my fault YOU gave me the wrong bag.

Staff busy talking to each other and paying no attention to waiting customers, I only wanted to buy a bottle of coke before going to see a film, didn't realise the price untill after I'd paid, £4.45 for a small bottle of coca cola, twice the price of other Costas nearby Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s a more expensive Costa Coffee due to its location in the cinema, service is slower due to not as many staff being on. Still a nice Costa, it’s a lot quieter than other locations. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
