My father and I frequent Riverbank Bistro and have always had incredible experiences. Unfortunately, not on this occasion. Firstly, I'll say that our server, Aurora, was awesome (and very apologetic). Secondly, we were placed at a table beside a window (-35C outside). The hostess let us know that there was a space heater nearby. The food came out nice and hot and delicious (at first). 5 bites in, our food was ice cold! I let Aurora know and again, she was very apologetic. Offered us complimentary hot tea or coffee. My father didn't even eat half of his entree. I wish a manager would have at least visited the table. We weren't expecting our dinners to be comped, but an acknowledgement would have been appreciated. We'll definitely be back, as I've said it's always been great! Just wasn't this time around!
