Extremely friendly manager with excellent service and food. I came in for takeout yesterday - manager was very personable, offered my free ice cream while I waited. Honestly my expectations weren't high but the food quality blew me away - moist beef brisket and juicy ribs. I was also given generous portions of both the regular and spicy bbq sauce. Only thing was there was a slight mixup resulting in me only getting two of the three meats I ordered, but that was quickly fixed when I went back. The next time I'm north of the Golden gate again and feeling like bbq I'll definitely be returning for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Have seen this place hundreds of times over 15 years but never tried it. Decided to today, Sunday, for lunch. I thought my sandwich was solid. Nice toasted roll, and a decent serving of chicken veggies and cheese. I typically like cole slaw and theirs is very ginger forward which I didn’t mind, not creamy like other places. The order was out in a very reasonable amount of time and over half the tables were full. I’d come here again for this sandwich. Nothing was over the top amazing, but very solid. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The employees dont want to take any orders or serve any food. I called the restrant ar 7:30 pm to place an order. The man that answered acted like he could not hear me. I called back at 7:35 pm. The same man answered. Again he acted like there was a phone connection problem. I then called a few other places just to make sure my phone was working. It was. So I called the restaurant again at now 7:40. Again the man acted like there was a connection problem. This time though he forgot to disconnect the phone line and I could hear him talking amongst his fellow co-workers. I could hear him laughing about not wanting to take my order. I was already in the car on my way to the restaurant so I decided to just go in person. I arrived to see that the establishment was a lit up with open signs and the front door was wide open. I entered only to be told that they were closed. I guess my money isn't good enough for Roadside BBQ!
