For a simple meal of burgers and fries, waiting nearly an hour is completely unacceptable. But waiting that long only to be handed an absolute disaster is insulting. The food was vile. As you can clearly see in 14982.jpg, the presentation was repulsive. The burger looked less like a meal and more like an unappetizing, mangled heap wrapped in foil. The meat was a greasy, chaotic mess, haphazardly thrown together with limp bacon and a completely structural-lacking bun that was already soggy and disintegrating before the first bite. 14981.jpg and 14980.jpg further highlight the complete lack of care; the entire assembly was slick with grease, unappealingly dark, and looked entirely uneditable. To top it off, the fries were a joke—completely soft, limp, and devoid of any crispness whatsoever. Charging $18.50 a meal for an hour-long wait and this level of pure, unmitigated laziness is ridiculous. Save your money and your time. Owner was great, music in the store was timeless, and the food even better! Best burgers in Ohio!!! Perfectly juicy and flavorful! Definitely regret not getting 2 burgers! I stand corrected.
