I always get the Monte Cristo with chips, it’s always on point. I have to say that they have the best Chai Latte I’ve ever had, way better than Starbucks and the price is good. Service is hit or miss, but I keep coming back with my husband. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The people working here have such a positive energy. They make seasonal specialty drinks. Our was a carrot cake cold brew. It was great. While we didn't have any, the food smelled amazing. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by The Roasting House and ordered an Americano — excellent. Clean, balanced cup with a silky crema, medium-bodied and steady from first sip to finish. Brightness lands in the citrus/cocoa lane without tipping sour; no burnt or bitter edge. Temperature and dilution were on point (tastes like a 2:1 water-to-espresso ratio), letting the espresso’s character shine instead of washing it out. Barista was friendly and precise, dialed in the shot, and had the drink out fast. Space is comfortable for a quick pause or laptop session, with a calm soundtrack and plenty of natural light. A well-pulled Americano that respects the roast and the recipe. If you judge a café by its basics, The Roasting House passes with ease.
