I was completely captivated not only by the incredible taste of the dishes but also by the stunning cooking show! At Robata, the chefs masterfully grill the freshest seafood and vegetables over an open fire right before your eyes. Every movement is an art form, and serving the finished dishes on long wooden shovels turns dinner into a true performance. Seafood Robatayaki is a local specialty that originated in this region. I tried this restaurant on my trip, and my top three recommendations are the grilled scallop, grilled fish, and asparagus.
