I've been going there for almost two years, it's an excellent gym. They are constantly improving the equipment.

The most unwelcoming place I have ever been. Actually, it's the only gym I have been to in my life that makes me feel proud of staying at home. The staff is so unwelcoming that you feel extremely good when you leave. Update: Thank you for answering to my review. However, I think the situation was not exactly as you have said in your response. I went for an initial consultation and your colleagues were showing me around the studio and also nicely reminded me that there is a 99€ well pass fee to pay, which I also was aware of. We agreed on an appointment with a trainer - since according to your colleagues an initial training plan was included in the fee. When I went for my training the trainer did not show up, and I had to reschedule. Then one of your colleagues told me that there would be an additional 100€, on top of the well pass fee for the training plan. She was then corrected by another colleague of yours who said that an initial training plan would be included without additional cost. After clarifying that I scheduled a new appointment. When I went for the next appointment, the trainer told me that for a plan, another 100 euros on top of the well pass fee would be due. He was willing to show me 3-4 exercises without paying extra. That is when I told him there is no need. I have been attending many gyms in my life and I was never asked to pay extra for the training plan. And regarding contacting me. You tried to call me once - not several times. I was in a meeting when that happened and not able to answer. I am happy to talk to you if you call me again.

Hallo Maria, unser Personal ist mit Sicherheit nicht unfreundlich! Es tut mir Leid,dass Du ein schlechtes Gefühl bei Deinem Besuch bei uns hattest . Ich hatte übrigens mehrfach versucht,Dich telefonisch zu erreichen, allerdings hat die Kontaktaufnahme mit Dir leider nicht funktioniert. Nach Rücksprache mit meinen Kollegen,wurde mir berichtet,dass Du verärgert warst bezüglich der Wellpass Zutrittsgebühr in Höhe von 99€.Diese Gebühr ist klar via Wellpass kommuniziert und ist von jedem Kunden,der den Egym Wellpass nutzen möchte zu entrichten. Best duo in the sauna Gergõ and Flo They always create a wonderful atmosphere I always buy a day ticket just because of them
