Make sure you check your food before you leave the drive-thru. I got home and the food was wrong, so I had to drive back and get the correct food while my other food sat and got cold! We will never return. Do better! It was 12 AM when we picked up the food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

This is my 3rd time ordering in the drive thru and I am honestly not going back for a 4th. The persons at the window, do not even know the menu, we either get the wrong order or we have to repeat our order numerous times. The food is not satisfactory and very bland. When the lady at the window repeated our order, it was so far from correct. I will not be back since they really don't have proper training on staff and the food is not authentic mexican, and very expensive! I have been very disappointed and frustrated with Roberto's Taco Shop and will not spend my money there to get Taco Bell level food. Food: 1 Service: 1
