We went there in February 2024. Subdued atmosphere and impeccable service. The dishes were delicious, and the vegetarian choice was appreciated. The prices are quite expensive, but in my opinion justified given the quality of the service and the dishes served. We will go back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredible experience on the 6-step plant sequence. Here, the plant is not a simple alternative but occupies the same space on the map as the animal sequence. On the plates, perfect control of tastes and textures. Not a single dish a little below the others. A cook's talent lies in his ability to magnify a product as simple and common as a carrot and to rediscover the product through surprising associations. Chef Lucie Berthier Gembara has a lot! I organized my company's Christmas meal at Sepia. The restaurant was privatized on this occasion. We all had a great time. The staff is passionate and exciting. The food is careful and in sufficient quantity. We took animal and plant sequences with food and wine pairings. No one disappointed! Very good experience that we will happily repeat.
