Robo's Drive-In

Robo's Drive-In, nestled on Killen Hollow Rd in Pound, offers a classic American dining experience with convenience and accessibility at its core. This eatery specializes in staple American dishes, from juicy burgers to satisfying hot dogs, complemented by milkshakes praised as some of the best by visitors. The restaurant features a convenient setup where patrons can place their orders at a window and enjoy their meals on provided picnic tables, emphasizing a relaxed and casual lunch or dinner setting.

Despite being popular among families and kids, details on the current state of affairs at Robo’s are sparse, with no recent updates from the owners about any changes or improvements. Reviewers generally seem pleased with both the food and service, citing reasonable prices and friendly staff. Operating hours run consistently through the week, starting as early as 9 a.m., though Sunday service begins at 11 a.m. The establishment remains open until 9 p.m. most days, extending to 10 p.m. on weekends, providing ample time for both locals and travelers to stop by.

While this drive-in showcases good reviews overall, some guests have noted inconsistencies with specific menu items, advising potential diners to choose established favorites. Accessibility is another key aspect, with takeout options available alongside parking accommodations and support for wheelchair access. However, anyone looking to explore Robo’s today should be mindful that the newest customer feedback is at least 7 months old, leaving the current quality an open-ended question.
