It was a very disappointing experience. We chose this place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday because she was very excited about it. Unfortunately, the ordering process and food service were extremely poor. One main dish and an appetizer arrived so late that we were on the verge of leaving the restaurant. Although the management attempted to make amends, it did not change the fact that my daughter’s birthday celebration was ruined. The food quality was mediocre at best, several menu items were unavailable, and the restaurant was clearly overpriced for the level of service and food provided. The restaurant's promotion of hand-eating as a traditional Iranian practice is factually inaccurate and presents significant health concerns. Iranian culture has a long history of utensil use, including spoons and forks, dating back millennia. While some foods may have been traditionally eaten by hand, the assertion that this is the norm is misleading. Given Iran's historical prioritization of hygiene and health, the restaurant's approach is unacceptable. For a safe and hygienic dining experience, I strongly advise against dining in this establishment.
