Our order came poorly packaged: the soft drink was placed in a paper bag next to the hot dishes. Conclusion: it warmed the soda, helped cool the food and the bag arrived with a very wet bottom. One of the meats came out tough and completely unseasoned; the other was placed hot in the container and melted the Styrofoam (we didn't even eat the meat); the fries arrived soft. Due to the carelessness with the food and the way it was packaged, the disrespect towards the customer and the name of the establishment itself was clear. I've been ordering from Rock Burger for years, but recently I noticed that everything got worse, from the service to the food, I ordered fries and in addition to there being a problem with the delivery of my order (I ordered 3 items and only 1 arrived), The potato was dry and very burnt, I could count on one hand how many I managed to eat. There's no point in you delivering quickly if a bad snack arrives, I'll never eat here again (because every time I try I get angry) and I don't recommend it to anyone either.
