If you are a mother, think carefully before going to Rock Ribs. I have been a customer of the restaurant for years, but I had recent experiences that left me quite dissatisfied. My daughter is under two years old, eats little and usually shares my plate. The first time I asked her about the all-you-can-eat charge, I asked for the food to be charged per kilo, which was accepted. However, this is not the most suitable solution for such a young child. Despite this, I was satisfied with the manager's service on that occasion. She apologized for the inconvenience and encouraged me to come back, which gave me hope that the situation could be different in the future. However, today, December 13th, I returned to the restaurant and had the same frustrating experience. The manager was not present, and the solution offered was the same: pay the rotation or weigh it per kilo. There was no consideration or flexibility in the policy, even though I explained the whole situation the first time and I felt disrespected as a customer. What caught my attention is that other parents, who did not ask about the rotation, were paying for the rotation just for themselves and sharing it with their young children, which demonstrates a lack of transparency in the charging options. I even had doubts as to whether this lack of transparency is a party before the Law. I left dissatisfied and disappointed with the restaurant's lack of empathy. With new options opening at the mall, it's difficult to recommend Rock Ribs to families looking for more welcoming and flexible service. Kid-friendliness: Not suitable for children. The rotation is excellent, great value for money. It's a little difficult for waiters to come to the table to take drinks, change refills or remove dishes. In short, the food is great, but the service left a lot to be desired when we went. Maybe another time could be better.
