recently ordered from Rockaway Fish House in New York City and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. Despite the positive reviews I had read, my experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the food was overcooked and bland. I was expecting flavorful and well-prepared dishes, but what I received was far from it. Everything tasted as if it had been left on the stove for too long, devoid of any seasoning or care in preparation.To make matters worse, the cornbread that I paid extra for was missing from my order. I had specifically requested and looked forward to it, but it never arrived. Additionally, they forgot to include the jerk sauce, which I had asked for to add some much-needed flavor to the meal.Finally, despite seeing the lady with forks and napkins in her hand, they were not included in our order. This lack of attention to detail added to the overall disappointment.I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal from Rockaway Fish House, but this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope they can address these issues to improve their service and food quality in the future. Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily enter the store if you are in a wheelchair. There's no stairs.
