The man taking our order was extremely grumpy and rude. People that aren't hospitable shouldn't be in the hospitality industry! Also, put the chalk board menu back up! Waiting until I get to the grumpy cashier is like to know what I'm ordering so I don't stir his wrath. Wish I could have reversed my tip. I think I've been to all of Rocket Bakery's locations, but this downtown location is my favorite. Nice staff, fresh snacks and breakfast- lunch items and, of course, great coffee.
