really nice pizza, the ingredients on their pizzas are pretty fancy and all spaced out perfectly, it was picture perfect, the store was nice and clean, the only complaint i have is there is never anyone at the front counter and there is no way to let the staff know you are waiting, so you just have to stand there for 5 mins waiting for someone to come out from the back and serve you, i tried to tell the lady that served me they need a bell and she didn't seem to understand a word i said. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Made an online order and went to go pick it up. Lady behind the counter said there was no record of the transaction and called the store owner. I showed them my bank transaction and the confirmation email but the owner said that I'd have to purchase the pizzas again and wait for him to get the money to refund it for the original order. In what world is that normal business or a good customer experience? I expect my refund and have taken my business elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi there, Thank you for your Feedback, As explained over the phone, we havent received your order in our system for some technical reason, however if your money has been deducted from your bank and it shows pending then it will get reverse automatically. Just to let you know that i have tested myself by sending test order it worked and we received few other orders from other customers as well. Sometime it happens when bank doesnot authorised the payment (but it shows pending in your bank) and we dont receive order. We apologies for any inconvenience occured. thanks Team RGP
