Bought a caramel apple with peanuts and it tasted very old. (Un-eatable old) Had to throw it away. For $9 an Apple I’d expect it taste delicious. Very disappointing, spent over $20 on 3 things and none of it was good.

be careful with what you eat today Sunday, April 7, 2024 I bought 2 apples at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Terrell when I took the last bite of my apple I felt a different taste I started to see why and surprise!! Mold!!!!disgusting and the bad thing was that I had already finished the whole apple, just be careful with what you eat in this location. All the apples are fresh apples and We make apples everyday . If we cut the apple it will turn brown in 20-30 minutes. I have no problem replacing the apple that is bad . I have no problem replacing the apple that is bad . Because the stick area is going into the core of the apple . It will oxidize and start the process because it’s at the core of the apple . . We haven’t had an issue like that . Most customers eat around the core for that reason . We will always take care of our customers. Sorry for your experience!More
