Looking at the reviews for Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. and how crowded the place was, we had high hope for it. Unfortunately it has left us disappointed.Our server said the pizza will take a while due to the busy restaurant, so we first started with the Maple Bacon Mac and Cheese. It tasted more like macaroni with alfredo sauce rather than a typical mac and cheese. The maple syrup flavour was overly strong, which some might like, but not us. There was also no crust.Our Bow Valley BBQ Chicken Pizza came out after 30 minutes, as expected. However, it was really just an average pizza, not really worth the high price of $32 a pie.You can find better pizza and pasta elsewhere.
