This place used to be nice, but unfortunately my recent visit was very disappointing. The oxtail was nice and had good flavour, but the jerk chicken was not proper jerk chicken at all. It was watery/soupy and somehow still dry at the same time. The flavour was nowhere near what I would expect from authentic jerk chicken. The patties were even worse. They were so dry that I genuinely struggled to swallow them without drinking water. They were also overly salty and tasted horrible. Overall, the quality has really gone downhill. The oxtail was the only enjoyable part of the meal. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I moved over from St.lucia a couple of years ago and struggle to get good Caribbean food and am happy I’ve found Rocky Point Flavas. I will take my family too when they visit me. It was genuinely authentic. I had Oxtail, rice and peas, plantain and coleslaw and it tasted fabulous. What I really loved was the portion sizes. It was like 2-3 meals in one large portion.
