Exceptional Service from Lerato – RocoMamas Horizon View I arrived at RocoMamas Horizon View a few minutes before opening time, completely unaware that they weren’t open yet. Lerato politely let me know that I was a little early — but instead of simply asking me to wait until opening time, she welcomed me and proceeded to take my order anyway. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me, that is what genuine customer service looks like. She was friendly, professional and accommodating when she had every reason to simply say, “We’re not open yet.” Instead, she chose to make the customer feel welcome. In a world where good service can sometimes feel transactional, it’s refreshing to come across someone who understands that hospitality is about how you make people feel. RocoMamas Horizon View, you have a real asset in Lerato. Please recognise her for going that little bit further — it certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Lerato. Exceptional service and a great attitude. You definitely ROC MAMA? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my friends had an awesome experience here - the burgers was tasty as always, and served quick enough to still make it back to the office by the end of lunch time! Happiness!
