Service was absolutely fantastic, but charging $7 dollars for a 330ml bottle of Coke is plain ridiculous. That was actually $1 less than Sangria! Again, the service was so good that it elevated the overall experience.
We found it a fantastic dining experience. The 3 cheese Fritters signature dish was original and delightful and a mildly overcooked Morton Bay Bug was generous as entrees. The pork main was the largest we've seen. The prices are up there but the serves seemed to correlate. Extensive wine list with a smaller by the glass list. Kids well catered for and blended in with the bustle, we booked at 6pm and there were a few kids dining, not diminishing the ambience of the experience. Unlike other reviewers the service was quick, efficient and friendly, no doubt we are reviewing a first sitting. We felt the outdoor ambience was impressive, the weather added to it. From here we moved to Nitrogenie for ice cream for the kids 20m down the road, but not before the adults had a perfect chocolate fondant first.
