Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Inverness. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and check-in was straightforward. The only reason I've gone for four stars is that the room was a little smaller than I expected and parking was a bit awkward. Overall though, we had a nice stay and I'd consider coming back. Service: 4

The room was small and not what was expected. It was clean same well appointed. The service was fantastic. The Manager greeted us and brought our luggage up. He also greeted us in the morning. breakfast was very good. Served hot and quickly too Very good location. Peaceful and safe. Easy to walk around. Service: 5

We spent two nights are Rocpool Reserve Hotel and were really impressed with the facilities, but even more with the manager, Jambahir (sp?), and his staff. They were so incredibly nice and helpful all the time. Our room was really big with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was amazing: a 4-course feast with lots of choices. Service: 5
