Hello, we have check with our maintenance man , the wall paper wasn't pilled off , your driver piled off for post online photo's so we have to charge 50 dollars for damage and damage reputation, thank you rodeway inn findlay ohio.
I did not authorize them to charge the card and I advised them to refund the amount before a lawsuit follows. Under the American constitution's first amendment, we have freedom of speech. If my driver felt that his post should be negative, that was his right to voice it. I feel they tried to charge us to punish us for the review. I found their behavior absurd and unprofessional. I felt harassed as a customer and would avoid this hotel for any future drivers of mine in a need of a place to stay in Findlay area. They did reimburse the 50 dollars charge, but I had to go through the length of mentioning Choice hotels group involvement.
