I'm very disappointed with my experience here and I'd like the restaurant to see and make a note of my review. We went there with friends hoping it would be a nice churrasco experience for them as they never tried it before. There was staff shortage as we weren't greeted at the door, which we didn't mind that much at that stage. After a short wait, we were taken to our table. The buffet was alright but we had to wait for a long time between the meat services. I told our waitress that it was truly disappointing that we hadn't tasted the meat except for one cut, she informed me that there was only one guy serving hence the wait! I felt as if she expected me to be understanding of the restaurant's decision to go understaffed. After my complaint, we received more frequent servings of different meat cuts but to be honest, we lost our enthusiasm by that point. In the end, when we were paying the bill, we asked if service was included and our waitress' answer was, "10 percent is included but it is divided among everyone. If you want to tip me individually, you can add it here", which we found slightly cheeky! Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
