I went with my family to Rodízio Rico and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and it took a long time for the food to arrive at our table, even with few people there. I believe that agents need to improve their customer service, as this greatly impacts the overall experience. I hope they can adjust these points, as the restaurant has potential.
