After walking around Kitaoji, I finally found a coffee shop that allowed smoking. I knew there was another one nearby, but I had a set time to return to the station, so that was a big help! ! I ordered a cafe au lait, and when I asked for it with sugar, it came out with a really nice sweetness. I'll come back later!
