Roll Express has the best vietnamese food in melbourne. me and my friends drive from footscray just for the elite bahn mi. the lady who works there is very sweet and makes such yummy food. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch or even a dinner date! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
