Usually I have had above average to decent experiences with Roll'd Robina so would shy away from a positive or negative review, however, today was worthy of the latter... First of all, the lady serving me couldn't understand simple english, I asked for Scwheppes Blood Orange, she grabbed Water... I then said, not that one, and repeated my order, she grabbed solo... she then walked back and pointed at all the bottles until I nodded at the right one, I understand we are multi cultural, but surely having someone in a primarily english speaking language should be able to understand the simplest form of the language. Then, I wait over 10 minutes, wasn't even that busy. I asked for chili in the banh mi, none and it was cold when I went to eat it and to top it off, the sweet potato chips are under cooked. $20 wasted. May be my last trip to this particular Roll'd Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Got a beef rice paper roll, very disappointing full of rice noodles very little beef so untasty , would be nice if there was more beef in it … if I wanted only rice noodles in a rice paper roll I would have requested it …. rIp off ☹️Word of mouth is the best advertising

We had Banh Mi one with pork one with chicken. The rolls were not Vietnamese rolls and went soft as soon as you put ingredients in. The meat in both was scarce and they put chilli and them and I had asked for it on the side. Over all very poor. Even when I returned it, there was hardly any chicken lots of carrot. Especially when you pay $9.50 each.
Don’t both getting the rolls absolute waste of money. Come on Roll’d pull up you Sox and use the correct roll and a little more meat and proper crackling would be good. Didn’t think to take a picture. I don’t think there will be a next time. Sorry.
