The best ice cream in Esteli -- and I've tried them all, so I can say it with confidence. They use real cream and real ingredients at Rolling Ice, not fake flavor syrups. And I'm not sure how they do it but they can mix up a couple of flavors and roll them together into these unique rolls of ice cream instead of typical scoops. The ice cream is so creamy, rich, flavorful, and delicious. Reasonable prices, lots of flavors, and generous serving. Cute place and friendly service too! Mejor helado de Esteli!
