This is a beautiful place with a gorgeous setting, the visual experience that comes with a revolving platform is no less than stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful, they even call to confirm your booking on the day. However, the decor of the place feels like a blast from the past. The taste of the food is good, but the presentation is lacking the "pop" of an Instagram or TikTok worthy shot. The dessert trolley is old fashioned and difficult to maneuver in the tight spacing of the old decor, along with no additional cooling on the trolley, the dessert may lose its freshness by the time it reaches your table. I ordered a tiramisu and a black forest cake for dessert, and they were both lukewarm when it arrived. The orders were taken by one person, which makes it very inefficient and makes the guests feel a little neglected when waiting to place their order, but I guess this is where the revolving view saves the day and distracts the guests long enough while waiting to place their order. Overall, I think it is a good experience and I will recommend this place for anyone who enjoys the classics. Roma revolving restaurant is still a memorable experience. The food is incredible and the service is excellent. It really is a wonderful outing for special occasions.
