Wonderful cafe, very comfortable and kind and helpful staff. Cafe latte and cakes were a dream! It may be possible to park with a small car near the cafe. However, if not, then I recommend parking just near the police station. It did cost 200 yen for 1 hour and the was much cheaper than some other public parking facilities.
