We placed an order at 17:29 for two large pizzas. When collecting at 18:30, the pizza’s were not even made yet. When finally receiving the pizza’s, after the lady that took the order and repeated the order, she could not even put extra cheese on the pizza as requested instead placing the extra cheese on the incorrect pizza. The service is totally unacceptable after buying from Romans for years, and I will not buy another pizza after the horrible experience again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am so irritated as I write this, I even lost my appetite for this pizza. The lady called Dineo Msiza at Bronkhorstspruit has a very stinking attitude towards customers, I don't know if I should say towards black females, the lady has horrible customer service, firstly her approach is bad, she also does not have a listening skill, she had to argue with me after I Saw that she place a wrong topping I quickly notify her but instead of informing the chefs she had to argue with me, then the white guy was served behind me, and best service was given to him, also the black guy then the lady was smiling and giving them the best service ever, she must be behind in the kitchen or she must get a proper training based on customer service as for me I would never want to be served by her, she must fix her attitude as customers we are here to generate her salary at the end of the day, but in return, all we get is bad services. I believe she didn't hear me very well when I was placing my order but I notify her, right after I saw that there is a mistake I didn't expect the argument and that bad attitude.
