I always love Romanz, since last night I wanted to cancel my order, been told it wil take an hour, took 2 hours waiting outside in the rain. Pizza arrived was not packed how I asked, not even a safety sticker. The guy who delivered was friendly and lost, understand. But, he arrives without a mask and opened my pizza to check if it was right... Should they not put it together at the shop before they deliver? And my Pizza was cold R169.90 was wasted. I don't want any harm doing to someone there, still gratefull I got it but, the service needs to be improve wisely. Still love Romanz.
