Unfortunately, this establishment does not operate based on their listed closing hours. When ordering a pizza in the last hour of business there is often an air of disdain and you may even be reminded of the closing time, even if you order at 7 and they claim to close at 8. It is currently listed as closing at 20h15, while the last available time to fetch a pizza is in fact "before 19h45" when they apparently commence cash up. A suggestion for the owners: list your closing time as the time you will accept the last order, so there is no confusion from the customer's side, and the staff do not feel as though they have to protect their working hours. I'm sorry but I won't be supporting Roman's pizza Westville again, my pizzas were so dry with sauce little to nothing, pieces of chicken her and there and same with the cheese. The crust was rock hard and burnt. Never again !!
