I just had an amazing evening at Eddesands, a very nice view with a delicious meal BUT I gave it 4 starts because the dessert was AWFUL. I couldn't even take a bite. But the decoration was amazing and I would really recommend this romantic dinner for couples to try it out BUT ask about the dessert before reserving if you want something delicious.

Went to dinner to this great place and location yesterday, overall it was great, there is plenty of room for improvement to make it truly special.
1- The host at the door could signal the tables manager that the guests have arrived and he could light the candles before we arrive, or ask the guests to wait somewhere until the table is ready, its nice to walk out to the table and see the candles already lit.
2- This could easily be a 4 course and not a 3 course dinner, an appetizer would have been nice (even if it was a shared one)
3- Seating could be improved to be more comfortable, cushions are not really comfy and could be fixed so they don't move much, specially that the chairs were not really straight due to the terrain.
4- Salad options are very limited and not tasty to be honest, plus portion is just like an appetizer and not a salad, I guess from previous photo reviews you had better options.
5- Main course was superb, we ordered the beef and chicken option both were very tasty, chicken could be offered grilled (also I guess before you did), and fish option would be better if it was salmon.
6- Lights on the tables could be a little stronger maybe a high candle light to see what we are eating.
7- Experience in general was great, but it would have been nice if your menu was more seafood oriented to make it truly special.

Sensational romantic dinner in a one of a kind setting. Appetizing food; The salads were mouthwatering, the seabass succulent and the dessert fantastic, making ur experience incredibly special. I highly recommend it for couples and special occasions. I just want to point that the bread served with butter wasnt as crispy as expected, but it s just a detail that can happen.
